Who runs this site
Mexico Magico is a brand of Quest Real Estate LLC, 2036 N. Gilbert Rd, 2-604, Mesa, AZ 85203, United States, owned by Chad Cloward in Puerto Peñasco, Sonora, Mexico. The website is built and managed by Heegstra LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, info@heegstra.io.
Vacation rentals
The condos shown here are offered by Chad Cloward. When you book, the contract, the payment and the cancellation terms are handled on Lodgify's booking and checkout pages under the rental agreement and cancellation policy shown for that condo before you confirm. This site does not take payments and never sees your card details.
Each condo sits in a gated resort with its own rules, including quiet hours, wristbands and pool hours. Those rules are part of your stay and are listed on each condo's page.
Real estate
Information on buying and selling in Puerto Peñasco is general and is not legal, tax or financial advice. Chad Cloward is a licensed real estate advisor in the State of Sonora (Asesor Inmobiliario Profesional, licence 1283, Secretaría de Economía y Turismo del Estado de Sonora, issued 25 March 2026, valid three years) and holds Arizona real estate broker licence BR009008000 with the Arizona Department of Real Estate, under Quest Real Estate LLC. He is not a lawyer or a notario public, and every transaction closes with a Mexican notario.
Tours
Trips are arranged on request. A request does not reserve anything. The deposit, the balance date, the refund terms, the insurance requirement and how itinerary changes are handled are agreed in writing for each trip before any payment is made. Itineraries can change for weather, road conditions or safety.
Content and accuracy
Prices, availability and property details are read from Lodgify and can change at any time; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout. Border hours, travel advisories and resort rules are checked at the dates shown next to them, and you remain responsible for checking current requirements before you travel.
Privacy
What this site collects
Nothing, in this version. There are no forms, no analytics, no advertising tags and no cookies set by this site. Pages are served from Cloudflare, which keeps standard, short-lived server logs to run the service.
What Lodgify collects
Bookings and payments run on Lodgify, the booking software behind this site. Lodgify collects your name, contact details, booking and payment information under its own privacy notice, and shares the booking details with Chad as the host so your stay can be arranged.
When you contact Chad
Messages, emails and calls go to Chad directly. They are kept as long as needed to answer you and arrange your stay, purchase or trip. They are not used for marketing unless you ask to hear from him.
Reviews and photos
Guest quotes on this site are copied word for word from public Airbnb reviews, shown with the first name and home town the guest shows there, and linked to the listing. A guest who wants a quote removed can email chadcloward@outlook.com and it comes down within a few days. Photos are Chad's own or his guests', used with permission, or licensed stock photos where noted.
Corrections and deletion
To correct or delete anything about you that Chad holds, write to chadcloward@outlook.com. Requests about Lodgify's records go to Lodgify as well.
